This position will be a brand ambassador highlighting the mission of World Honey Market through the promotion and sales of pure raw honey and bee-related items.
Requirements

Must be proficient in Microsoft Office and G-suite.

Must have excellent phone and online etiquette.

Must have a positive attitude.

Must be able to self-schedule.
Expectations

Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about WHM product(s) using scripts

Answer questions about products or the company

Ask questions to understand customer requirements and close sales

Direct prospects to the home office when needed

Enter and update customer information in the database

Take and process orders in an accurate manner

Handle grievances to preserve the company’s reputation

Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information
