Colombia, officially the Republic of Colombia, is a country in South America with insular regions in North America—near Nicaragua's Caribbean coast—as well as in the Pacific Ocean. Colombia is one of the world's 17 megadiverse countries; it has the second-highest level of biodiversity in the world. Its territory encompasses Amazon rainforesthighlandsgrasslands and deserts.

The geography of Colombia is characterized by its six main natural regions that present their own unique characteristics, from the Andes mountain range region shared with Ecuador and Venezuela; the Pacific Coastal region shared with Panama and Ecuador; the Caribbean coastal region shared with Venezuela and Panama; the Llanos (plains) shared with Venezuela; the Amazon rainforest region shared with Venezuela, Brazil, Peru and Ecuador; to the insular area, comprising islands in both the Atlantic and Pacific oceans.

All over the world the best known Hungarian honey of all types is the acacia honey. It has special quality and our Hungaricum is requested in abroad as well. All over -Europe we have the most coherent acacia tree forests, the one fifth part of the domestic forest stand is acacia. Moreover, the biggest part of it is pure stand acacia forest.

Guamo or Inga edulis, known as ice-cream bean, ice-cream-bean,, is a fruit native to South America. It is in the mimosoid tribe of the legume. Ocobo or Tabebuia rosea, also called pink poui, and rosy trumpet tree is a neotropical tree that grows up to nearly 100ft. The Spanish name roble de sabana, meaning "savannah oak", probably because it often remains in heavily deforested areas and because of the resemblance of its wood to that of oak trees. "Maquilíshuat". family Fabaceae.
