Studies in the National University of Costa Rica (UNA) on safety of MIEL DE MARIOLA, showed its antimicrobial activity against microbial cultures clinically important and presented microbial counts meeting the criteria of microbiological quality of non-sterile substances for pharmacist use set by the European Pharmacopoeia.
